Please keep in mind when fill out our order form to Include your full name, complete shipping address and Telephone # ( your phone # is for shipping purposes and in case we have a question on your order).
Here are some ways to place an order:
1) You can e-mail your order: (Please include and do the following)
A) Give your full Name and shipping address. If you have a P.O. Box please include your street address also. You don't have to use the ordering form if you e-mail your order, Just include all of the information, in an e-mail, that is on the order form. Please note if you attach a file containing the order form we will be unable to open any file attachment.
B) Please include your full order by listing the items you wish to purchase and the prices listed on our product pages.
C) If this is your first time ordering with us, We recommend that you call in your credit card # or Debit Card #. We accept Visa and MasterCard. You can request to have a file set up. Please ask about the benefits of doing this when you call in your Credit Card information.

A) Give your full Name and shipping address. If you have a P.O. Box please include your street address also.
B) Please include your full order by listing the items you wish to purchase and the prices listed on our product pages.
C) E-mail the items that you want to order. Please type them into an e-mail rather than attaching the form as a file. I will then pack your order and compute the shipping charges and e-mail you with the shipping charges, so you can complete your order form.

Return Policy:
All returns must be authorized by us and returned with original receipt.
Shipping fees will be refunded only on our errors. On items returned other than our mistake, We regret but will be unable to refund shipping charges. Items returned will be refunded by issuing a store credit on file towards future purchases.
When shipping items back please include a note advising us of the action to be taken ( i.e. store credit or new items to be shipped in place of the returned items)
We will not issue a credit for opened or altered items.
All damages in shipping should be reported to your local UPS outlet and to us. Make sure to save the damaged items, box and packing material.
