Return Policy:

All returns must be authorized by us and returned with original receipt.

Shipping fees will be refunded only on our errors.  On items returned othere than our mistake, We regret but will be unable to refund shipping charges. Items returned will be refunded by issuing a store credit on file towards future purchases. 

When shipping items back please include a note advising us of the action to be taken ( i.e. store credit or new items to be shipped in place of the returned items) 

We will not issue a credit for opened or altered items. 

All damages in shipping should be reported to your local UPS outlet and to us.  Make sure to save the damaged items, box and packing material.
